What is Nova Scotia Power thinking

To the editor;

I don't understand how NS Power can even consider erecting high voltage transmission towers in a populated area of Cole Harbour? There is no consideration for the health and safety of the residents. We know that it is necessary to have the new substation in Eastern Passage, but all we are asking is that the power lines be put underground like our gas, sewer and water lines are. What is the problem?
